Role Overview
We’re seeking a Commercial Director (M&E) to lead commercial strategy, drive profitability, and strengthen client relationships for a major building services contractor based in Birmingham. Key Responsibilities
* Commercial Leadership – Own the commercial strategy across all M&E projects, ensuring robust governance, risk management, and margin protection.
* Contract Management – Lead negotiation and administration of NEC/JCT contracts, ensuring compliance and commercial clarity.
* Business Growth – Identify new revenue opportunities, support bids, and strengthen market positioning.
