Halliwell Jones Warrington is looking for a MINI Brand Manager.
Responsibilities
* Targets: Achieve new and used car sales targets, meeting all MINI standards.
* Sales Team Management: Lead and manage the MINI sales team of sales professionals, providing training, guidance, support and coaching to ensure they meet or exceed all objectives.
* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive buying experience and fostering customer loyalty.
* Lead Generation: Manage and monitor lead generation initiatives.
* Sales Process Optimisation: Continuously assess and improve the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
* Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on MINI product features, specifications and updates to effectively communicate the value of the brand and its vehicles to customers.
* Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure the availability of vehicles that meet customer demands while avoiding overstocking.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and provide insights to enhance the customer experience.
* Price and Incentive Management: Manage pricing strategies and incentives to remain competitive and attractive to customers.
* Compliance and Regulations: Ensure that all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements specific to the automotive industry.
* Team Motivation: Drive a positive and high-performance culture within the sales team, motivating them to achieve and exceed targets, reviewing and tracking employee regularly monthly.
Profile
We’re looking for a dynamic, customer‑focused leader with proven experience in automotive sales management, ideally within a prestige or luxury brand. You’re a natural motivator with strong skills in team leadership, stock control, marketing, and data‑driven sales optimisation. A passion for MINI and delivering outstanding customer experiences is essential, and you know how to inspire your team to do the same.
