Due to continued growth my client, one of the UK's leading Independent Investment Managers, currently seek a customer service specialist to join their client service team in Edinburgh. This role involves handling enquiries from Direct clients regarding their investment portfolios and duties will include: * Responding to incoming client emails, secure messages and telephone calls, ensuring timely follow-up as required. * Ensuring high standards of customer service are maintained at all times. * Liaising with the back office, Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and the Digital Operations team to ensure client/account issue resolution. * Troubleshooting and providing feedback for the development of the website and service. * Escalation of complaints and expressions of dissatisfaction to the Front Office Manager, Head of Client Services and Compliance Department as required. * Other Client Service functions as they arise. Applicants are likely to be highers / degree educated (or equivalent), possess circa 1 years customer service experience and have an interest in the Wealth Management sector. You will possess strong communication, administration and numeracy skills along with a keen eye for detail.
