We are looking for an Apprentice to join us in the Resources Directorate Secretariat and Financial Operations Division. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a busy friendly office while, at the same time, gaining training and support to gain a Level 3 in Business Administration. The role will require you to undertake a range of administrative duties including producing and distributing written documents; arranging meetings; producing agendas for meetings and attending to take the notes; diary management and room bookings; organising work experience placements; raising purchase orders and processing invoices. To succeed in this role, you will need 4 GCSE’s Grades A-C/4 or equivalent (including Maths and English). You will need to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills and be able to prioritise your workload. In addition, you will need to be able to work as part of a team.
