What We Look for in a Candidate We are seeking individuals who are empathetic, highly organised, and committed to student development. Successful applicants will ideally have: Prior experience as a Pupil Support Worker, Teaching Assistant (TA), or in a relevant youth support role. Knowledge and understanding of working with pupils who exhibit challenging behaviour. A firm but fair approach to behaviour management and a desire to build strong student relationships. Excellent communication skills, essential for liaising with staff, parents, and external agencies. A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
