As a Manager in our Global Tax Managed Services team, you will:
1. Lead multi-country compliance and reporting engagements
2. Support tax transformation, outsourcing and process improvement projects
3. Work with global teams and stakeholders across jurisdictions
4. Help shape future-focused tax operating models using technology and data

Key responsibilities
Global delivery & stakeholder management
5. Manage global compliance engagements across multiple jurisdictions
6. Build trusted relationships with clients and cross-border teams (UK, India, Europe)
7. Oversee delivery quality, timelines, and service performance (SLAs/KPIs)
8. Lead offshore and onshore teams, providing guidance and coaching
Transformation & process improvement
9. Identify opportunities to improve compliance and reporting processes
10. Support design and implementation of efficient, scalable tax operating models
11. Contribute to projects involving automation, data optimisation, and technology enablement
Commercial & financial management
12. Manage budgets, resourcing, and profitability of engagements
13. Support pricing, scoping, and commercial negotiations
14. Identify opportunities to expand services and deliver additional value to clients
Risk, quality & governance
15. Ensure compliance with internal quality and risk frameworks
16. Manage contractual governance and issue resolution processes
17. Work closely with quality and risk management and legal teams on complex matters
What we’re looking for
You’ll likely bring strong tax experience, commercial judgement and the ambition to grow in a global, evolving environment.
18. Experience in Corporate Tax, Indirect Tax or Accounting in professional services or industry
19. Experience working across multi-country or cross-border engagements
20. Experience leading and developing teams, including offshore delivery models
21. Strong stakeholder, project and team leadership skills
22. Interest in transformation, automation, tax technology or data analytics
23. ACA, CTA, CA or equivalent qualifications are helpful but not essential
24. A collaborative and globally minded professional
25. Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
26. Problem-solver with a continuous improvement and innovation mindset
27. Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
