Translate business needs into technical specifications for development and DevOps teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable solutions. Support the creation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps. Manage and optimize artifact repositories using Nexus or JFrog Artifactory. Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives in Agile/Scrum environments. Monitor KPIs and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvements. Ensure traceability of requirements through testing and deployment phases. Participate in change management and risk mitigation planning. Required Skills Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and Agile methodologies. Hands-on experience with DevOps tools: GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus, Docker, Kubernetes. Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau). Experience with REST APIs, Postman, and basic scripting (Python, Shell). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
