The Role :
As a Private Client Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload, providing expert advice on matters such as wills, probate, lasting powers of attorney, trusts, and estate planning.
You’ll work with a diverse client base, offering clear and empathetic guidance tailored to their needs.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified or junior solicitor to join a growing department with a clear focus on career progression and personal development.
The role offers exposure to multiple office locations, enhancing your client base and professional experience.
Key Responsibilities :
* Managing a caseload of private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, and estate planning
* Advising on inheritance tax and succession planning
* Building and nurturing strong client relationships across the South Essex region
* Supporting the development of the Private Client department through networking and marketing initiatives
* Delivering excellent client care and maintaining high professional standards
Requirements :
* NQ-2 years PQE in private client law
* Interest and experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive and organised approach to managing your caseload
* Keen to contribute to business development and the department's growth
* A team player who values collaboration and client‑focused service
