Group / Division

The KLA Services team headquartered in Milpitas, CA is our service organization that consists of Service Sales and Marketing, Spares Supply Chain management, Field Operations, Engineering, Product Training and Technical Support. The KLA Services organization partners with field teams and customers in all business sectors to maintain the high performance and productivity of our products through a flexible portfolio of services.


Job Description

Location: Celtic Lakes, Newport. The facility features 237,000 square feet of production space, including 25,000 square feet of R&D clean rooms, 35,000 square feet of state‑of‑the‑art manufacturing space and tool demo areas.

The role: Service Product Planner in the Service Supply Chain organization. This position focuses on planning and handling service products and spare parts to ensure high availability while balancing inventory, cost and supply risk. The role requires strong analytical skills, a data‑driven approach, and close collaboration with Product Management, Service Operations, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Finance.


Responsibilities

* Own service product and spare parts planning for assigned product lines
* Translate demand signals, consumption trends and forecasting inputs into inventory strategies that balance service level, cost and supply risk
* Handle inventory levels, service targets and supply risks across the product lifecycle
* Perform analysis, scenario building and deep dives to support informed supply‑chain decisions
* Analyze demand variability and supply‑chain performance to identify risks, gaps and optimization opportunities
* Build reports and dashboards; provide actionable insights and recommendations to collaborators
* Partner cross‑functionally to align demand, supply and product lifecycle plans
* Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools and data quality


Qualifications

* Experience in supply chain, service/product planning, demand planning or business analytics
* Strong analytical approach with the ability to translate sophisticated data into actionable insights
* High proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivots and sophisticated analysis); experience working with large datasets
* Hands‑on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
* Understanding of forecasting concepts, demand variability and inventory optimization principles
* Experience with ERP or planning systems
* Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or similar field is desirable
* Global supply chain exposure is desirable
* Power BI or similar visualization tool experience is desirable
