Job Purpose The Project Manager is responsible for leading project teams in compliance with company policies and procedures to execute projects successfully, achieving objectives related to Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and People. Job Description Acts as the primary contact for internal teams and the end customer, managing relationships and communication throughout the project lifecycle, including regular reporting to ensure customer satisfaction. Manages multidisciplinary project teams, fostering positive relationships with team members and their managers. Supports Project Finance/Controls with monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during all project phases, from hand-over with Commercial to project closure. Leads scope management, including Change Management, Risk and Opportunity Management, and documenting Lessons Learned. Assists Portfolio Manager in meeting departmental objectives, identifying and implementing improvements, and participating in revenue and margin forecasting. Skills Essential Understanding of project execution principles and best practices. Proven commitment to continuous learning and training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP applications. Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. Passion for Engineering and Manufacturing sectors. Desirable Formal project management qualification (e.g., APM, PMI, PRINCE2). Degree in a Commercial or Technical discipline. Experience with ERP/MRP and Planning/Scheduling systems. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams. Deep understanding of Manufacturing and Engineering Bill-of-Materials. Competencies Essential Ability to apply project management principles to meet objectives. Effective use of business systems and software. Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills. Motivated, enthusiastic, with strong technical and commercial knowledge. Desirable Experience applying project management principles in Manufacturing/Engineering. Support others in using business applications and ERP systems.
