Your New Role As Finance Manager, you'll lead reconciliations, manage rolling forecasts, and provide commercial decision support. With one direct report, you'll oversee settlements, drive financial performance, and influence strategic outcomes in a fast-moving, high-energy environment. What You'll Need to Succeed Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) Strong understanding of insurance accounting, regulatory frameworks, and risk management. Demonstrated success in interim or contract roles, with the ability to hit the ground running. Excellent Excel and financial systems skills (e., SAP, Oracle, or similar). Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
