Group HSE Co-ordinator (Administration & Systems) Location: Hybrid - Leeds, Shepshed, Mansfield, Gloucester Business Area: Professional Services – HSE & Group Supply Chain Reports to: Group HSE Manager UK & Europe Wednesday to Friday - 9am-4pm (18 hours per week) Join a team that’s driving safety, sustainability, and operational excellence across the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Group HSE Co-ordinator to support our Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) function through expert administration and systems management. What You’ll Be Doing Be the first point of contact for HSE Co-ordinators across the group, supporting day-to-day queries and system use. Manage and maintain HSE databases including Online Training, Target 100, and Sypol. Administer the Online HSE Training platform – updating accounts, enrolling modules, and maintaining the group training matrix. Produce reports and analytics on incidents, near misses, and damage across vehicles and buildings. Own and update HSE content across internal platforms (Fuel Europe and Teams). Support the creation and delivery of HSE training materials and maintain a video training library. Promote and manage the Electronic Legal Register for UK and European sites. Assist in planning and delivering internal training sessions for HSE and Cox Conserves projects. Provide administrative support to the Group HSE Manager and cover for the Compliance Co-ordinator during absence. ️ What You’ll Bring Strong administrative skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. Experience managing electronic databases and training platforms. Ability to create and edit PowerPoint presentations and written reports.
