We are seeking to recruit Senior Health Care Support Workers to the Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Nurse Bank. We are looking for individuals that are motivated, enthusiastic and able to deliver high standards of nursing care. There must be evidence of an understanding of the fundamentals of nursing through experience of working in a healthcare role.
We will provide staff with opportunities to work in different specialties dependent on the service requirements, enhancing skills and experience as well as income. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to work flexibly within the teams across the wards and departments within the Trust.

Experience
* Recent experience working in a healthcare environment. Previous caring experience
* Competent in a range of clinical competencies relevant to the ward/department area
Communication and Interpersonal Skills
* Understanding of confidentiality in the work place
* Good interpersonal skills
Application Completion
* ALL sections of application form FULLY completed
Education / Qualification
* Knowledge of care procedures acquired through a base level of theoretical knowledge to level 3
* Care Certificate.

* Must be willing to work flexibly
