About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Soft FM Manager to lead and inspire teams delivering essential services across a major healthcare contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by creating safe, clean, and welcoming environments for patients, staff, and visitors.
You’ll oversee Domestic, Porterage, and Security teams, ensuring service excellence and compliance while driving innovation and continuous improvement. If you’re passionate about people, operational excellence, and making spaces better for everyone, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a large, diverse team to deliver high-quality cleaning and support services.
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements and health & safety standards.
* Manage resources, budgets, and schedules to meet operational demands.
* Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a key point of escalation.
* Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring and data analysis.
* Champion a positive culture of safety, inclusion, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
* IOSH Managing Safely certification.
* Proven leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to manage workloads and meet contractual obligations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
Desirable:
* Experience in healthcare or similar environments.
* Project/change management skills.
* Knowledge of COSHH and cleaning practices (training provided if needed).
