Are you an insurance or commercial litigation lawyer looking to move away from traditional private practice pressures and into a more specialist, commercial, and flexible role?
A rapidly growing transactional risk insurer is looking to appoint a Claims Manager to join its expanding Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) claims team.
This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with backgrounds in insurance litigation, financial lines, coverage disputes, commercial litigation or complex claims environments to transition into the W&I market.
Direct W&I experience is not essential. Full training and long-term development will be provided for the right individual.

Responsibilities include:
* Managing claims from notification through to resolution
* Reviewing transaction documents, policies, and legal submissions
* Assessing coverage positions and exposures
* Liaising with brokers, insureds, and external counsel
* Supporting claims strategy and negotiations
* Working on complex and often cross-border matters
Candidate Profile:
* 2–7 years PQE
* Strong technical legal ability
* Commercial awareness and communication skills
* Stable employment history
* Interest in developing within transactional risk insurance
