Location: Bristol, UK (Hybrid)

About the role
The Finance function provides transactional accounting, treasury, financial planning, analysis, reporting, commercial finance, and financial systems support across all global locations. The EPM Lead Architect is part of the Global Finance Systems team, maintaining and supporting financial systems within the Computershare Group. The role involves delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions and supporting operational issues related to financial transactions and information.
Key responsibilities
* Influence and guide the organization on EPM modules, working closely with the Global Process Owner.
* Design and implement Oracle EPM Cloud architecture strategies during the company's EPM Cloud Transformation.
* Engage stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment and understanding.
* Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
* Ensure processes, procedures, and resources are in place to meet service levels.
* Manage support requests within SLAs, ensuring proper tracking and resolution.
* Proactively troubleshoot and analyze root causes of issues.
* Support patches, maintenance, and major releases of applications and components.
* Lead testing activities including System, Integration, and User Acceptance testing.
* Maintain and update the Finance Systems Playbook for support and change impact assessment.
* Enhance technical support tools to improve service.
Qualifications and experience
Essential:
* Relevant tertiary education in IT, Finance, or related field.
* Oracle Certified Professional or similar accreditation.
* Significant experience with Oracle EPM technology.
* Experience with Oracle Fusion cloud implementations.
Preferred:
* Understanding of Oracle applications and architecture.
* Experience with COBIT or ITIL best practices.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
