Position
A vacancy at Liverpool University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and organized individual to join our Pharmacy Medicines Safety, Optimisation and Governance Team at LUHFT for up to a 12‑month period to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, minutes and action logs.
* Assist with data analysis, data management and production of reports and dashboards.
* Manage and respond to enquiries received by the team.
* Support the team’s safety priorities and contribute to delivering the best quality and safest care to patients.
Qualifications
* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Teams, Excel and Outlook.
* Excellent attention to detail, ability to prioritise and meet deadlines, and exceptional communication skills.
* Experience of working with NHS hospital services and/or pharmacy service desirable but not essential.
