Early Years Practitioner (Level 3 Qualified) – Baby Room Focus Braintree, Essex £15.87 – £30.29 per hour Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm | 40 hours per week Are you a caring and confident Early Years Practitioner with a passion for babies and early development? We’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established, purpose-led nursery setting in Braintree, looking for a Level 3 Qualified Practitioner to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. You’ll be primarily based in the baby room, but flexibility to support across all rooms is essential to ensure high-quality care and optimal staffing. Shift Pattern (40 hours/week): 3 x 8:00am – 6:00pm 1 x 9:00am – 6:00pm 1 x 8:00am – 1:00pm All suitable candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview. About the Nursery This inclusive, nurturing nursery supports children aged 6 months to 5 years. The setting is open Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 6:00pm, and offers thoughtfully designed learning environments indoors and outdoors, including: Large, open-plan classrooms A garden with a mud kitchen and climbing equipment A dedicated forest school area A private playing field for active learning and exploration The nursery is committed to providing high-quality care that empowers children to flourish, explore, and grow.
