The Role 1:1 and small-group support for students with complex needs Personal care is essential – toileting, feeding, changing, hygiene Support with mobility: hoists, slings, specialist equipment (training provided) Help deliver personalised learning programmes and therapy targets Promote communication, independence, dignity and inclusion You Strong experience with PMLD/complex needs in a school or college Confident with intimate personal care Calm, caring, resilient and a good team player Relevant Level 2/3 qualification (education/health & social care) – desirable Safeguarding All roles are subject to an enhanced DBS and references.
