We currently have a vacancy for a teacher / Course Leader of A-level History. To be successful you will have a genuine enthusiasm for History, a strong drive to help all History students achieve their full potential, be highly organised and efficient, and work effectively as part of a team. We currently teach the following units with AQA, and ability to deliver these units would be strongly advantageous:
* 1C The Tudors: England, 1485-1603
* 2F The Sun King: Louis XIV, France and Europe, 1643-1715
Responsibilities
* Deliver A-level History for the specified units and contribute to curriculum planning and development.
* Support student achievement and progression, maintaining an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure high-quality teaching and learning across the History department.
Qualifications and attributes
Enthusiasm for History, strong organisation, and effective team collaboration are essential.
