Chef de Partie – Family-Owned Restaurant We are actively seeking a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen brigade, creating exceptional dishes in our family-owned restaurant. You will work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and Prep Chef to ensure the highest standards in food preparation and service.
Main Responsibilities Assist the brigade in the smooth, safe, and efficient running of kitchen operations
Help develop creative menus and support high-quality service
Provide feedback from colleagues and guests to the Sous Chef
Support daily ordering while managing stock, menu planning, and business levels
Ensure the kitchen meets company standards for cleanliness, stock control, and work prioritization
The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in a similar high-quality hotel or restaurant environment
True passion for food, with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn
Thorough understanding of health & safety and food safety guidelines
Commitment to the high standards of a luxury establishment
