The Role:
As Junior Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include:
* Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day management of the kitchen.
* Participating in all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu compilation, developing junior team members, and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.
* Fully deputising for the Head Chef and Sous Chef in their absence.
