Early Years Teacher – Accrington, Lancashire
Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a supportive school in Accrington, Lancashire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in a welcoming school environment, starting in November 2025 and continuing until the end of the academic year to cover a maternity leave.
The Role
We are looking for an Early Years Teacher with the passion and creativity to inspire a Reception class of 28 pupils. This is a full-time role in a three-form entry school with a strong staff team and a positive, collaborative ethos. As the Early Years Teacher in Accrington, Lancashire, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and well-structured lessons, promoting high standards of learning and development across the Early Years Foundation Stage.
This position will require you to plan and assess effectively, provide a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment, and work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the year group. The school is looking for an Early Years Teacher who is highly motivated, committed to professional development, and able to build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff. The ideal candidate will be an experienced early years practitioner, with excellent knowledge and a proven track record of planning and delivering the EYFS curriculum.
