You’ll mentor, motivate, and mobilize your team of Service Technicians, ensuring safety is second nature and maintenance runs like a well-oiled gearbox. Think of yourself as part field expert, part coach, and part safety superhero.
Requirements
What You Bring to the Table
* A valid driver’s license (you’ll need to get to those turbines).
* You've got Level 2 training and AT status—basically, you know your stuff.
* Bonus points for people management experience—but a great attitude is essential.
* Strong technical skills and a rock-solid commitment to safety.

* Tech-savvy and spreadsheet friendly.
* Skilled at solving problems and smoothing over conflicts.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Be Rocking Day-to-Day
* Conduct inspections and routine maintenance.
* Troubleshoot turbine issues—electrical, mechanical, or otherwise.
* Lead special missions like onboarding new turbines and major component swaps.
* Keep the paperwork and digital logs organized and up-to-date.
Additional Responsibilities
* Manage stock and supplies—order parts proactively and maintain regional stock levels.
* Build strong customer relations—be the friendly face and reassuring voice on-site.
* Ensure safety and quality standards—review and improve QHSE procedures, and monitor vehicles and equipment.
* Provide leadership—guide and develop technicians, run team meetings, share knowledge, and spend time planning and reporting to elevate your team’s performance.
