In this role the candidate will be responsible primarily for carrying out internal audits, while also maintaining the HSQE Management Systems and providing administrative support.Responsibilities and key tasks:Assisting with managing the company HSQEE Management Systems, updating & controlling documentsConduct Internal Audits on ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards across 10 Operational sitesProvide Operational sites with support during External ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards audits and visitsEnsuring compliance with legislative Health, Safety, Energy & Environmental requirements along with the proactive support of the Company's 'Safety First' initiativeAdministrative support across the Construction team, and developing strong relationships across all departmentsRequired skills and competencies:Attention to detail including working with reports and business data - able to provide accurate written documentation in line with current legislation/audit criteriaExcellent IT skills including report writing, use of HSQE Management Systems, Internal reporting systems and Microsoft packagesPlanning and organisation skills - being able to co-ordinate activities and implement actions across 10 operational sitesConfident in building strong relationship and be able to deliver clear and concise communication with both internal employees and external suppliersProblem solving skills - use of structured root cause analysis tools to identify issues and provide workable solutionsAbility to work both individually and as part of a teamDriving licence essential to access operational sites.Required experience:ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001 & Food Safety standards (including HACCP) preferable, with ISO qualifications preferableISO internal and External auditing within manufacturing sectorsREACH, SDS and regulatory requirements preferableBenefits:Company pension increasing in employer contributions after 5 years serviceLife insurance (Death in Service)Employee Assistance Programme for employee, partner and familySalary Extras - Store discount scheme5 Days volunteer leaveReframe cancer supportMy Menopause centreCycle to Work SchemePlease click the APPLY button to submit your CV for this roleCandidates with experience of; QMS Consultant, Internal Auditor, Compliance Auditing, Compliance Consultant, Environmental Compliance Consultant, ISO Auditor, Quality Management Systems Auditor, Internal Systems Auditor, Internal Systems Consultant, Environmental Compliance Auditor may also be considered for this role.TPBN1_UKTJ
