Counterbalance FLT Driver (Day Shift) – Immediate Start
People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Counterbalance FLT Driver to join our well-established client based in Cumbernauld.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a brand-new contract from day one, offering ongoing, full-time work with great pay and the potential to secure a permanent position.
Shifts:
• Monday to Friday – 08:30 to 17:00
Pay Rate:
• £13.50 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties:
• Operate Counterbalance FLT safely and accurately in a warehouse environment
• Load and unload vehicles and materials efficiently
• Support with general warehouse duties, including picking, packing, and housekeeping
• Carry out daily equipment and safety checks
• Follow all site health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills:
• Valid, in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
• Previous experience operating a Counterbalance Forklift in a warehouse or production setting
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Own transport preferred due to site location
Training Provided:
• Full induction and site-specific training prior to start
• Ongoing support and refresher training available
