4. Act as a key contact for customers, maintaining strong and professional relationships.
5. Manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
6. Provide support for customer inquiries related to products, services, and deliveries.
7. Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer issues promptly.
8. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
9. Assist in translating documents and communications as required.
10. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department.
The Successful Applicant
A successful French-Speaking Customer Service/Admin Assistant professional should have:

12. Fluency in French and English
