We place experienced consultants directly into client environments to support key transformation, change, and delivery programmes
ECMS is seeking a Mid–Senior Business Analyst to join our consulting division, working on a full-time basis and deployed across a range of leading financial services and enterprise clients in London.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to capture, analyse, and validate requirements
* Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional specifications, and process flows
* Support end-to-end delivery of change and transformation initiatives across client environments
* Conduct as-is and to-be process analysis to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
* Facilitate workshops, stakeholder sessions, and requirement-gathering discussions
* Work within Agile or hybrid delivery frameworks, supporting squads and project teams
* Ensure requirements are clearly documented, prioritised, and aligned to business objectives
What We’re Looking For
* Mid–Senior level Business Analyst experience within consulting or client-facing environments
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and IT teams
* Proven experience delivering requirements on change, transformation, or system implementation projects
* Ability to analyse complex problems and turn them into structured, deliverable solutions
* Experience working in financial services or large enterprise environments (preferred)
* Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
