The Opportunity
We're looking for a Gas-Qualified White Goods Engineer to join our field service team in Ipswich. You'll repair a range of domestic appliances including gas cookers, washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration, and more - delivering high-quality repairs and exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
* Diagnose and repair domestic gas cooking appliances (CCN1 & CKR1 required)
* Diagnose & repair at least four of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, tumble dryers, electric ovens, and refrigeration
* Work efficiently on pre-planned routes with in-time parts delivery
* Deliver excellent service, aiming for first-time fix success
* Ensure all work complies with company processes and health & safety standards
What You'll Need
* Minimum 2 years' experience in domestic white goods repairs
* Valid CCN1 and CKR1 certifications (LAU1 and LPG conversion are a bonus)
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
* Full UK manual driving licence (max 6 points)
* Customer-focused approach with clear communication skills
What You'll Get
* Basic salary: £37,000 - £41,000 (Depending on skill set & experience) (Inclusive of £5,000 per annum high cost living allowance)
* Uncapped performance bonus - OTE up to £50,000
