Graduate Civil Engineer – Join our National Renewable Resources Network & Transportation teams based across various Southern locations.

Natural Resources, Nuclear and Networks – We provide design, build and maintenance solutions to protect the UK’s essential services and assets. Working across the water, nuclear and other decarbonised energy, environmental and waterways sectors, we provide sustainable and safe solutions for our clients and customers whilst protecting and restoring natural habitats.
Transportation – Build and maintain infrastructure for the highways, rail, aviation and ports sectors, with a common goal of connecting people. We provide transport solutions that are sustainable, long‑lasting and promote various methods of transport.
Locations: Oxfordshire, East Sussex, Plymouth, Luton, Chipping Warden – With flexibility to travel/relocate across the region.
Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility.
Pathway: Permanent, Full‑time 2‑year programme, leading to an assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k.
Starting date: September 2026.

What you will be responsible for?
* Assisting in the preparation and management of project designs, plans, and specifications.
* Supporting the development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
* Conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
* Collaborating with project managers and engineers to solve technical issues and ensure project success.
* Preparing technical reports, documentation, and providing project updates.
