Please note, this position is for 12 months covering maternity Expected start date to be 23rd January 2026 We have an exciting opportunity to join the recruitment team on a full-time basis, as a recruitment advisor, this role is pivotal to the team to ensure the successful delivery of our fortnightly inductions, by working in partnership with key departments and stakeholders to create a person-centred culture that supports the companys values and beliefs. You will be responsible for advertising, screening and making the first contact with potential recruits, you will also report recommendations to management. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to step out of a 360 role into internal recruitment. Role is being advertised as a full time basis 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm Additional responsibilities will include: Provide a proactive and effective resourcing solution to the business and be responsible for recruitment processes from conception to fulfilment. Identify candidates by utilising multiple strategies including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, networking events and recruitment fairs. Conduct briefings with hiring managers and key stakeholders to fully understand recruitment needs and advise on resourcing strategy. Organise and oversee recruitment and selection processes, including reviewing applications, screening calls where applicable, providing hiring managers with shortlist of candidates and coordinating interview arrangements. Take steps to ensure a consistently positive candidate experience. Develop talent pool/pipeline and build up candidate database to support future recruitment activity.
