We’re looking for a Customer Service Administrator to be the friendly, reliable first point of contact for our customers and internal teams. You'll be working Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 15:00, as part of a small, close-knit team, ensuring we deliver outstanding service to our customers and stakeholders. Pay, benefits and more: We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. What you’ll do on a typical day: Supporting customers and stakeholders via phone and email Handling complaints calmly and professionally Diagnosing and resolving issues efficiently Completing compliance tasks and admin duties Meeting KPIs and producing reports.
