Are you an experienced print and die-cutting operative with a keen eye for quality? We’re growing our Manufacturing Team and looking for a Print & Die-Cutting Operative to help us deliver high-quality printed and converted products for our customers. What You’ll Be Doing As a key part of our production operation, you'll: Operate and monitor multi-colour flexo and digital presses to achieve exceptional print results. Review digital files (CAD, DWG, AI, SVG) and make accurate adjustments to meet print and cutting specifications. Set up machines, prepare materials, inks, plates and ensure smooth, efficient job changeovers. Maintain colour consistency and product quality throughout every run. Carry out die-cutting using flatbed, rotary or wide-format cutting equipment with relevant tooling or software. Troubleshoot print or machine issues quickly and safely. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep work areas clean and organised. Collaborate closely with designers, engineers, supervisors and production teams to meet deadlines. Accurately complete production sheets, waste logs, QC checks and NetSuite entries. What Good Looks Like We’re looking for someone who: Has hands-on experience with flexographic and/or digital print presses. Understands die-cutting processes and can use CAD, Illustrator or RIP software confidently. Has exceptional attention to detail, especially regarding colour, registration and finishing. Is mechanically minded and able to perform minor repairs/maintenance. Can work to schedules with speed and accuracy, keeping waste to a minimum.
