Brayford Medical Practice is a well-established city practice with an experienced and supportive clinical team caring for approximately 11,000 patients. We are looking for a salaried GP to join us on a permanent basis, with flexibility around 6–8 sessions per week. We place strong emphasis on sustainable workload, clinical autonomy, supportive team working, and long-term professional wellbeing. 6–8 sessions per week (agreed and protected) Protected session structure with a focus on safe, sustainable clinical workload Shared duty system with clearly defined frequency and senior support available when needed Minimal home visiting, supported by the wider team Admin time built into sessions Opportunities to develop clinical interests over time, if desired Support and team
Stable and experienced clinical team with a collaborative and approachable working culture Regular day-to-day clinical discussion and informal peer support Strong MDT including ANPs, nurses, HCAs, pharmacy team, and experienced administrative staff Efficient use of SystmOne and digital tools to reduce administrative burden Supportive leadership with an open and approachable management team What we offer
