The role in 60 seconds

* Role: Legal PA
* Team: Corporate
* Location: Hybrid working from Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth

What you’ll do

In this role, you’ll:

* Deliver high-quality legal secretarial support to fee earners in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
* Manage complex diary schedules and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure fee earners are fully prepared for meetings and commitments.
* Oversee matter setup and ensure compliance with internal risk and regulatory procedures.
* Draft, amend, and maintain precedent letters and house‑style documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
* Communicate professionally with clients and stakeholders on behalf of fee earners, ensuring clarity and consistency.
* Have the opportunity to grow with clear pathways for progression.


What we’re looking for

We’re seeking someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment and brings:

* A proven track record of providing high‑quality administration/secretarial support within a legal/professional services environment is preferred but not essential.
* Strong Word, Excel, Case Management and PDF doc skills.
* Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* The ability to deal with highly confidential information with tact and sensitivity.
* Superb attention to detail and accuracy (verbal, written, and numerical).
* The desire to work in a fast paced, collaborative, and friendly team.
* Located within a commutable distance of Exeter, Bristol or Plymouth and comfortable with regular office attendance.
