We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst / Business Analyst to help us understand complex business challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and align processes with technology-driven solutions.
The Role
As a Process Analyst / Business Analyst, you will play a key role in assessing current processes, translating business needs into actionable requirements, and supporting transformation initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet operational and HR objectives, while providing insight into system capabilities and integration options.

About You
We are looking for an experienced analyst with strong problem-solving skills and a background in HR and duty management systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
5. Strong background in business analysis and process mapping.
6. Experience with Duty Management Systems (DMC) and PeopleSoft HR.
7. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
8. Currently hold or have previously held NPPV3
Desirable:
9. Understanding of HR workflows and duty scheduling.
10. Familiarity with policing or public sector environments.
11. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
