Overseeing the planning and delivery of internal audits and site inspections to ensure full compliance with applicable legislation, industry standards, and best-practice requirements. Offering professional Health and Safety guidance and support to operational teams, vendor partners, and senior leadership across the business. Driving and promoting a positive, proactive safety culture throughout our global construction-security operations. Qualifications & Experience We are seeking a driven and dedicated professional who can demonstrate: A NEBOSH Diploma, or an equivalent Level 6 qualification, in Occupational Health and Safety. Proven experience managing Health and Safety within the construction sector, security industry, or technical services involving infrastructure installation-this sector-specific background or similar. Practical understanding of ISO 45001 and other key Health and Safety standards relevant to construction and security environments. Excellent organisational capabilities and a strong eye for detail.
