Overview
Compass Associates are proud to be working in partnership with a highly respected social care provider offering supported living services to adults with complex needs across the UK. This organisation is family-owned and widely known for combining the scale and opportunity of a larger group with the culture and flexibility of an independent provider.
We are currently seeking a Registered Manager for a well-established supported living service in Barking. The service supports adults with learning disabilities, autism, and associated needs across several properties. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and hands-on leader to join a growing organisation that places quality of care and service development at the heart of what they do.
Key Responsibilities
* Hold CQC registration and oversee all operational aspects of the service
* Lead and develop a team of service managers and support staff
* Drive compliance, service improvement, and person-centred care planning
* Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and internal departments
* Support and contribute to the wider organisational development strategy
* Identify opportunities for quick wins and long-term improvements
Ideal Candidate
* NVQ Level 5 in Health & Social Care (or NVQ Level 3 with strong experience and willingness to complete Level 5)
* Background in Supported Living or Residential services for adults with learning disabilities and autism
* Strong leadership and team development experience
* Confident in driving CQC compliance and service improvement
* Full UK driving licence – must live within 45 minutes of Barking
* Commercially aware and able to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
