Title: Business Analyst
Salary: £51,500 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week (standard Anthony Nolan working hours)
Location: Hybrid, with head office in Hampstead, London
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with Product Managers, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams to define and prioritise product requirements.
* Analyse complex operational workflows and collaborate with stakeholders and engineers to refine clear, testable product requirements.
* Create clear user stories, acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts that enable effective software delivery.
* Work closely with Product Managers and engineering teams during backlog refinement, sprint delivery and testing to ensure requirements are clearly understood and effectively delivered.
* Be comfortable working in a software delivery environment and collaborating closely with technical teams to refine workflows, business rules and system behaviour.
* Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align on product direction.
* Bridge the gap between technical teams and users to ensure requirements fully understood by all teams.
