Learning Support Assistant (multiple posts available) We are looking for multiple Learning Support Assistants to join our Additional Learning Support Team. This is a 24 hours per week, part-time, permanent role offering a salary of £14,655 per annum. Why Join Us? Job Purpose/Key Responsibilities: To provide appropriate support for individual or groups of students in/out of class, in accordance with their individual support plan, so that they achieve their learning goals. To work with subject tutors to ensure appropriate and effective support to meet individual student needs. To contribute to the maintenance of all necessary tracking and monitoring documentation (e.g. daily records; student reviews). Skills and Qualifications: 5 GCSE passes or equivalent including Maths and English Experience of Microsoft Office packages Excellent literacy and numeracy skills Be able to support young people and adults with learning difficulties and/or disabilities in a variety of settings.
