Paralegal (Corporate Finance), Ross:on:Wye, GBP 25,000+ (DOE) : A new opportunity for a proactive individual to support solicitors and clients on a wide range of corporate finance matters. JOB REF:1544.
The Role
* You will play a key role in delivering excellent client service and high:quality legal support.
* Providing day:to:day legal and administrative support to fee earners and acting as a key resource within the team.
* Undertaking legal research, using appropriate methods and sources, and presenting your findings accurately and promptly.
* Managing the team diary, tracking deadlines, and ensuring all milestones are met efficiently.
* Assisting with routine file management and other supervised legal processes.
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from ambitious paralegals looking for a new challenge in their career.
* Previous experience in corporate finance would be advantageous.
* The ability to work collaboratively within a busy team, supporting colleagues as needed.
* A proactive and organised approach, with excellent attention to detail.
* High levels of IT literacy and accurate typing skills.
* You will have strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
