The Opportunity As an Immigration Director/Partner, you will play a key role in driving growth and shaping the strategic direction of the Immigration practice. Key Responsibilities Lead and develop a profitable Immigration practice, leveraging your existing client relationships Drive business development initiatives and expand the firm’s market presence Build and maintain long-term client and referrer relationships Provide technical leadership on a broad range of corporate and private immigration matters Mentor and develop junior lawyers, contributing to a high-performing and collaborative team culture Contribute to firm-wide strategy, thought leadership and brand positioning About You We are seeking an accomplished and commercially minded Immigration lawyer with a proven track record at senior level.
