Senior EUC Engineer Driver and Vehicle Licensing Agency Apply before 11:55 pm on Sunday 27th July 2025 Location: Swansea Salary: £42,848 - A Civil Service Pension with an employer contribution of 28.97% Contract Type: Permanent – Flexible working, Full-time An End User Computing Engineer is responsible for managing the product life cycle of all service-raised incidents (incident control) and all service requests (request control), requiring the use of knowledge management. In this role, you will also be responsible for informing customers on progress and advising on workarounds where necessary, as well as the support and maintenance of end user services. A senior end user computing engineer provides leadership to the EUC function. They have expert technical understanding and are able to work well with vendors and suppliers. At this level, you will work with relevant IT operations and other functions, such as Estates, Networks, Telecoms and Data Cente Operations to ensure a smooth service for all stakeholders and customers (end users). They oversee the resolution of incidents and problems ensuring they are dealt with in a timely manner.
