This US law firm with a mid-sized practice in London seeks an Employment Lawyer (3-5 years' PQE) for a broad advisory and transactional role. The successful candidate will advise on all aspects of employment law, supporting high-profile corporate transactions and providing strategic input on multi-jurisdictional restructurings and global reorganisations. Role Highlights Supporting Corporate M&A transactions Advise on a wide range of employment matters, including TUPE/transfer of undertakings, contracts, terminations, and restrictive covenants. Support major global clients on organisational change projects including on matters such as immigration law Draft and review employment agreements and policies for international contexts. Employment Litigation Requirements Employment solicitor at the mid to senior associate level with upwards of 3 PQE at a well-regarded UK based City Employment practice Experience handling employment contracts, employee transitions, and restrictive covenants. Strong understanding of TUPE/transfer of undertakings and international restructures. Commercial approach and client-focused mindset. This is collaborative and long standing team which will offer excellent work a significant level of responsibility and client engagement.
