Enterprise Automation Engineer – 80k CHF – Lugano - 6045
Responsibilities
* You will manage and maintain UC4 / Broadcom Automic batch automation platforms
* You will administer MFT platforms and secure transfer protocols including SFTP and HTTPS
* You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimise batch processing and transfer performance
* You will manage automation and MFT related IT projects from planning to delivery
* You will coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
* You will maintain security, encryption, and compliance controls aligned with PCI DSS and FINMA
Required Skills
* You MUST have an EU/UK passport
* You MUST speak fluent (C1+) Italian and English
* You have experience with UC4 / Broadcom Automic or other enterprise scheduling tools
* You have strong Linux and Windows administration knowledge
* You have knowledge of PGP, SSH, digital certificates, and secure file transfer technologies
* You have experience with automation tools such as Jenkins or Ansible, and managing IT projects
Desired Skills
* You speak German
* You have experience working in regulated or enterprise environments
* You have experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies
* You have strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills
