Stepprs is a profitable DTC brand making products that actually solve foot pain. We've shipped over 1 million orders to customers whose feet finally stopped hurting after years of trying everything else. We're about to launch a new product line that's going to take us to the next level.
We're a lean, founder-led team of 20+ spread across the UK and Philippines. No politics. No slow meetings. No corporate theater. Just smart people shipping work that matters to real customers.
🎯 What You'll Own
This is an end-to-end operations role. You'll be responsible for:
Suppliers and logistics. Manage manufacturer relationships in China and the US, oversee 3PL fulfillment, keep defect rates low, refunds tight, and shipping smooth.
Customer experience. Lead the customer support team, drive Trustpilot ratings up, get ahead of complaints before they escalate, and make sure every customer interaction feels like Stepprs genuinely cares (because we do).
Community and brand protection. Manage our community manager and the DMCA enforcement contractors who keep counterfeit Shopify stores and stolen Meta ads off our backs.
The new product launch (your top priority). Manufacturer outreach is already in motion, NDAs are signed, samples are being produced. You'll take this over the finish line: drive sourcing decisions, manage timeline, navigate manufacturing, and get this product live.
KPIs and team performance. Set targets, hold your team accountable, build the dashboards that matter, and hire whoever you need to hit your goals.
🔥 Who You Are
✅ You've run operations for a real brand before, ideally DTC e-commerce or CPG. Big bonus if you've shipped a supplement, food, or beverage product through US or China manufacturing.
✅ You're proactive. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see problems and fix them. You see opportunities and chase them.
✅ You're hungry. You want to build something, not babysit it. You'd rather own a problem than file a ticket about it.
✅ You communicate clearly, lead without ego, and care more about outcomes than process.
✅ You know your way around Shopify, customer support platforms (Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar), and basic analytics. You're confident hiring contractors and managing distributed teams across timezones.
