Junior Account Manager

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to grow and strengthen our partner community. You'll be at the heart of our mission, helping businesses transform through Dynamics 365 in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where big ideas, positivity, and creativity are celebrated.
We've already built a thriving network of over 250 trusted referring partners and now aim to grow that to 500. You'll join a team invested in the long-term success of our partner community, where relationship-building is at the core of everything we do.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Grow our partner family: Own the full partner process-from building relationships and creating opportunities to pitching, negotiating, and onboarding.
2. Strategic planning: Co-create and execute joint marketing plans with partners.
3. Drive opportunities through to close: Engage prospects thoughtfully and lead opportunities from first conversation to signed agreement.
4. Keep us organised: Maintain CRM and partner team sites for seamless handovers.
5. Network actively: Attend industry events to build relationships and promote Dynamics 365.
