Our client is looking for an outcome-focused, hands-on leader to design, deliver, and evolve AI and data-powered products that drive real strategic impact. In this position, you’ll blend modern product management with data governance, transforming how an organisation leverages insights and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the full product lifecycle for AI and data products – from discovery to adoption and continuous improvement.
* Transform static reports into dynamic, predictive insights that inform decision-making.
* Own internal data governance and cataloguing practices, driving adoption and usability.
* Build and maintain product roadmaps that connect data work to measurable strategic outcomes.
* Foster data literacy and promote responsible AI across the organisation.
* Collaborate with business and technology leaders to align data product delivery with organisational goals.
* Design and automate strategic KPIs to enable informed, transparent decision-making.
About You:
* Proven experience as a senior product or delivery manager/owner, delivering impactful AI, data, or platform products.
* Expertise in modern data governance, data cataloguing (e.g. Microsoft Purview or equivalents), and quality management.
* Experience managing research or insight teams, embedding modern practices for dynamic insights.
* Strong stakeholder engagement and change leadership skills, with a record of influencing at senior levels.
* Familiarity with Generative AI and intelligent automation applications is highly desirable.
* Passion for embedding responsible AI and data ethics in all work.
