About Our Client

This opportunity is with a medium-sized company within the Technology & Telecoms sector. The organisation values precision and efficiency, offering a stable and professional environment to support career growth in accounting and finance.

Job Description

3. Process purchase invoices and expenses in Xero, ensuring accurate coding.
4. Prepare supplier and expense payment runs.
5. Maintain and reconcile credit card expenditure and weekly bank reconciliations.
6. Raise sales invoices and manage debtor and creditor ledgers.
7. Assist with monthly accounts preparation and reporting.
8. Maintain employee records and support HR processes (pension, healthcare).
9. Update project data in Projectworks (time, resourcing, starters/leavers).
10. Handle ad-hoc admin tasks such as travel bookings and office supplies.

The Successful Applicant

11. Experience with Xero or similar accounting systems (Sage welcome).
12. Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.
13. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
14. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
15. Proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
