This role will involve advising private equity firms on fund formation, fund administration, portfolio investment and compliance issues. You will be provided with the opportunity to advise private investment firms on a variety of funds matters involving private investment funds focused on all major investment strategies. This role will suit a dynamic newly qualified solicitor / approaching qualification, who has had a relevant training seat from a top City firm. You should have a strong academic record.
